Sus, deca and dbol, 2nd cycle

Hi there just wanted some advice with my second cycle which is going do be sus deca and dbol

1-12 weeks sus 250mg
1-10 deca 300mg
1-4 25mg dbol daily
im just wondering about pct, iv got hcg, novadex and clomid
week 14-18 clomid 100/100/50/50
14-18 novadex 40/40/20/20
14-18 hcg 1000iu weekly split between two shots
iv done one cycle of test only and gained 10lb of muscle
any suggestions is very grateful thank you

Seriously, if you put on 10 pounds...and kept...fkn do it again.

Were there any side effects ?
why 3 compounds instead of increasing doses from last compound or JUST ADDING D BOL which if there s a problem can nipped just as tests effects with a higher dose like

testicular atrophy ( where s the hcg)

Deca is a whole nuther FAMILY OF AAS and to run 10 week s is silly....

Your test numbers shouldn't be lower than your nandro numbers. You'll have some problems with sex drive, motivation, appetite, and be pretty sleepy. At least I have that reaction when my nandro #s get close to my test #s. And like Teutonic said it's hard to get a gauge on anything without your stats.

This isn't true. Test can be used at a trt dose with deca.
What's with all the damn posts with running deca for 10 weeks? Your cycle layout sucks. Answer teutonic's questions...

sorry about that, forgot to add it im very new to this, thanks to the people who have already commented, before I did my first cycle is 200lb and finished at 212, then dropped to 210lb, but I had a high fat percentage, I was around 23%. I know I know, iv been dieting very well since finishing and im down to 197lb after 7 weeks of dieting and im currently t around 13/14% bf. when my friend got me them he pretended he knew everything even said I should take tren for my first cycle and all I wouldn't need is arimidex for pct, I now know that's all shit and I took it apon myself to educate myself. had no side effects really, my sex drive went threw the roof! dint really have much water retention, but the gyno part! iv naturally have gyno not really bad but noticeable with my top off I hasn't got worse and that the thing I am always keeping my eye on!

like I said each day im learning new stuff with nutrition, steroids, ai's and pushing myself
Jog everyother night for a hour and go to the gym 4 times a week
Mon:chest and tries
wensd:legs and abs
thurs: shoulders and traps
Satur:back and biceps
Like I said new to all this so go easy hahah

Damn your way too young and your stats don't add up. 6'2" and under 200lbs, you gotta be pretty skinny. Your diet can't be right. Gear isn't going to do shit for you if you don't know how to eat.
 
Well wouldn't say im skinny, but everyone has there opinion, was 10stone when I first started I couldn't even bench the barbell without a spot

9am:one whole egg and 3egg whites with spinach and lean ham or turkey before going to the gym.
10.30: 35g protein shake right after the gym
12.10: 200g of plain lean chicken with white rice and sweet potato's, vedge,
15.00: 1 and half cups of skimmed milk( while im working)
16.30:200g of plain lean chicken with white rice and sweet potato's, vedge, on my work break
19.00: 1 and a half cups of skimmed milk
20.50:when I get home from work 200g of lean chicken with vedge only
21.30: jog for a hour
22.45: 200g plain chicken with vedge and a casein shake.
Any help with the diet then? when im working I cant eat but can go get a drink and they do serve milk, any feedback is grateful

Where are your Fats?!
 
It'll vary depending on how you want to structure your macros, but definitely more than 1 avocado a day. Try adding in some EVO and natty PB.

Hcg doesn't belong in pct. I don't think u know enough to even be doing a cycle. You really should take a step back and research diet and cycle usage...

you should post up in my free diet advice thread... this diet needs help... its not horrible given that you cannot eat at work.. but it can be bettered.. gaining only 12lbs on cycle tells me something was off unless your goals weren't to gain but to recomp

run hCG while u r on ur cycle, it'll help with better recovery.
also take an Ai.
nolva and climbed is good
you know sust is a blend dog 4 different types of test right?
u need to inject more frequent, so id say switch it to test e or c if you can. it'll be much easier.
