sus + ethenate + tren cycle advic/ bulk cycle

hi all, new member etc etc

finished first cycle bout 6 weeks ago now, am moving back into another bulking cycle. i have bought enough tren ace, ethenate and am looking to do a 12-16 week cycle, and am looking for advice on dosages, pct etc.


stats - 195lbs 9% bodyfat bench 120kg x3 squat 100kg x 8 dl 180kg x 1

okay, well i'm just looking for what weeks to pin what gear and what dosage. previous cycle test +deca 12 weeks on a dirty bulk (v bloated) and then was cheeky and used just tren hex to cut for about 6 weeks.

this time its a lean bulk, 2800-3000 calories poss upping them the longer down the bulk i am. i dont need a lot of food to grow/put on weight. (still a lot of food but not compared to a normal bodybuilder)

age 21, and say im too young etc will just go straight over my head. am in this for long term

I gave you the BEST advice...on a height to weight ratio I'm bigger than you are in regards to natural potential and I'm all natural.
You are cheating yourself...
And you.have no business running tren for a second cycle...

Told you to read the stickys so idk what else you want...
All questions you.have are answered there including how old you should be to use AAS...

Any VET or Sponsor on this site will say I gave you the right advice...
The point of me saying that is to prove you are not ready.for AAS and that you are cheating yourself.
And no.not bigger than you...closer to my natty potential then you are to yours...
Hard work, STRICT as fuck diet, and consistency plays more into this sport than AAS...
Clearly you.are.lacking in those areas if you aren't in the 200s yet with 1 cycle at 6ft tall.
So read the stickys like I said.before...all your answers are there.

yeah mate i know how to diet etc. i was 15 stone about 2 months ago like i said i cut now im 9% body fat.... if you know anyone under 10% and that are 15 stone you know how huge they actually are, and how good they look.
 
The typical way to look at it is to get to your natty potential and hold it there for a good while trying to break it...
Everyone hits a natural plateau, but you aren't at yours...
You said the current stats are 195 w/9% bf, which is not bad at all but you need to be in the 200s and holding it.
With my height I should be able to hold on to 195 w/ low bf% and be in the 200s with some baggage...I'm 2in shorter.

Look all the info on first cycles his here on the forum already brother...
I can't consciously tell you how or what to run, but all that info is here already...just read all the sticky threads...

Ah and for the sake of the arguement post some pics to show your 195 lean physique...proof I guess you could say
