Week 2 Recap: 11/2/10 - 11/8/10

Recap
Had a real good week 2. Everything went according to plan. Diet was pretty much on spot and workouts were great. The sweats and bad taste I had have pretty much subsided. Pumps are great and strength is steadily increasing. I know a lot of people are gonna say, "two weeks and only up 5-6 lbs. on dbol, whats wrong?" Well, nothing is wrong. I am taking aromasin 12.5mg/eod which I find helps control the bloat, so I can tell I'm holding onto very little water. I'm happy with the slower weight gain quite frankly. I feel bigger and clothes are starting to fit tighter. All in all, a good week 2.
 
Day 16 - Tuesday 11/9/10

Weight: 195.5 lbs.

Blasted chest and triceps today. I always start my chest/tri workout with flat barbell bench press. Today I actually felt a bit weaker on this exercise. I didn't quite get as many reps as last time, but it's no biggie. Strength/reps increased on other exercises and I felt solid throughout. I'm slowly adding more sets and/or exercises over time and I'm feeling better than ever. Pumped, swole, and big.
 
Day 17 - Wednesday 11/10/10

Weight: 195 lbs.

12.5mg aromasin
250mg sust


Worked delts and abs today. Killed my delts. Felt real good. Definitely one of the better shoulder workouts i've had in a LONG time.
 
Day 18 - Thursday 11/11/10

Weight: 195.5 lbs.

Had a pretty solid back and biceps workout. Felt real sluggish throughout the workout however. I was exhausted after every set. By the end of the workout, I could barely move my arms. I ended my workout with 3x20 DB curls. I was using 30 lb. DB's and by the time I was done, I could barely put them back on the rack. Talk about a killer bicep pump. When I left the gym, I had to make a phone call and had to end the call after 30 secs. because the pump was so intense. Anyhow, it's a good problem to have.

On a side note, I have an electronic scale and I've noticed the last couple weeks it's been flashing "Lo" so I'm going to replace the batteries. Perhaps it's not accurately measuring my weight. Needless to say, I feel big and strong!!
 
Day 19 - Friday 11/12/10

Weight: 196 lbs.

12.5mg aromasin
250mg sust
200mg deca
250iu hcg

Just got back from the gym worked chest/tris. Had a great workout. Strength is definitely up on chest as I was able to hammer out some more reps on various exercises. Felt pumped throughout. Rumors were swirling around that they were gonna have to shut the gym down because I was using too much weight.

Needless to say, if there's one downside, is that by the end of my workout, my forearms are killing me. It's not a pump like feeling, but more like a burn along my flexor carpi radialis. I can deal with it though.

I'll be injecting 250mg Sustanon (sust), 200mg deca into left quad soon followed up by a shot of 250iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) adjacent to my naval.

Be careful when injecting adjacent to your naval.lol keep up the log:)

Great bicep/back workout. Incorporated a new exercise today just to target upper back a little more. Felt real strong throughout. Biceps are definitely getting stronger. Back feels solid. Killer pump by the end of the workout..could barely walk.
 
Day 23 - Tuesday 11/16/10

Weight: 197 lbs.

Yet another solid chest/tricep workout. Felt a little stronger on flat bench today. I'll wait another 6 weeks or so before I go for a max. Chest is the hardest for me to grow and gain strength, so my numbers are far from impressive; however, my workouts are going great!

Recap
Workouts are intensifying. Killer pumps. Strength is on the rise. Feeling bigger. Definitely holding on to some water, but nothing major. Feeling pretty good throughout the day. All in all, things are going quite well! Diet is solid throughout the week with a couple minor slip ups on the weekend. Noticing a little bit more acne but nothing ridiculous.

Just a little side note, but i noticed my aggression is up big time today.. im not normally an aggressive person, but i have my tendencies..

today i just feel like rippin someones head off. some shit pissed me off and its really gettin to me. im sweating and just literally wanna start tearing shit apart. im not going but im definitely feeling more aggressive today than usual
 
Just take in the moment lol..I miss that aggression from last cycle where you just feel like you can go on a rampage. When I get like that I'm just about the most confident person you can find. I'm big time looking forward to getting that feeling back in the next few weeks.

yeah man it has its pros and cons. depends on what kind of aggression haha. i definitely love the confidence dont get me wrong, I LOVE IT. but anyway, im getting dicked around from this graduate school i applied to and it's pissin me off. they're ignoring me and it's really getting to me. another thing that pisses me off is when driving, if i let someone go (i.e. to make a turn, pull out of a driveway) and they don't wave to say thanks. i almost want to chase them down.

Taking today off from gym to give my body some rest. This is my first day "off" in months. I do this every now and then just to give my muscles some extra rest to recover and recoop. I'll be back in the gym tomorrow hitting it hard!!
 
Hey man im about to start this cycle some what base my cycle on yours. This is what i have. Can you give me a suggenstion of when i should take them and how much for a 12 week cycle. I bought this as a bulking cycle from a friend and im not sure when i should take what i have an idea but want sugestions.

1200mg of deca
2500mg of dbol
3000mg of test
pregnyl 5000
2500mg of clomid
 
You might want to split your dbol into a few doses so that your levels aren't up and down. i think the half life is 6-8 hours.
