Sust for 12 weeks

I'm 1 week in to my 12 week program..

its my first real go around using gear, I'm only on Sustanon (sust), 150mg EOD @ 600mg/ week.

in conjunction with :
  • Nitrix
  • Novadex (to suppress estrogen)
  • NOexplode pre-workout
  • milk thistle
  • fish oil
  • joint support
  • mult-ivitamis
  • probolic 12 hour release protein shakes

I'm dieting good, although a slip up this weekend i had a few drinks for my buddy's b-day. kinda wanna have a few on Halloween too. ( how bad is that?)

my workouts have been solid and i feel great.

I noticed im holding a little water, bloating a bit, dose not bother me much, however any suggestions for this?

Is there anything else I should look out for as a newbie?

I'm scared of gyno.
Is over the counter novadex (gaspari) strong enough to combat this considering I'm only blasting test? or is aromasin a must?

Ive done a fair amount of research and im going to do 6-8 weeks of clomid for post cycle therapy (pct) come January..

any experienced advice and constructive criticism is appreciated? thanx!
 
mate , for your first cycle this is great!!! nolva & clomid is good. u got it sorted! all comes down to diet now. eat regularly, eat quality food and your on your way!!
