Sust + Tren cycle critique

Hi guys just looking for some input...

I am 26, 5'11" 375lbs bf 21-22% (as per caliper test)
Major flaw is soft on the mid torso and on the side of chest and lats.
Measurements
Neck: 22"
Chest: 56"
Bis: 22
Forearms: 15.5"
Waist: 48"
Quads: 33"
Calves: 19"

What I am looking at is 250mg of sus/wk for 8 and 75mg eod for 8 and nolva at the end and some clen and ket starting the last 2 weeks. Curious as to do u guys believe that this is a good cycle for me just lower bf %? It is very easy for me to gain mass no problem but to harden has proven difficult even with diet and cardio. This is cycle #2 first was all sus. Just looking for some advice also if there is anything that should be adjusted or added whatever, just want to pick your brains
 
Diet, Diet and more diet....and did I mention cardio??? Gear will not make you lose bodyfat..only decreasing your caloric intake while increasing your caloric output will do that...its time to re-evalute your diet....

sweet guys thanks for the advice I will take that to heart with the re-evaulation of my diet and cardio. Currently doing cardio 6am before work just 30min with abs. Does the cycle seem good or should I do alterations to that as well?

Well you probably are going to get on your cycle anyway regardless of what the mods on here think you should do...so...It's my opinion that Sustanon (sust) is overrated and garbage...there isn't enough prop for you to really get benefit from the fast acting ester...and it felt like it took way too long to notice any real strength gain from it [ for me when I took it...didn't feel anything til 4th week and I was doing 500mg a week]..so then I switched over to prop my 5th week and loved it....I suggest you try prop with the tren or if you want to inject less frequently do to the TREN... try Enanthate or cypionate.

Sus is not Garbage and it's the choice of many newbies because of the 4 esters , even though to be utilized it should be done eod. Of course this wouldn't be reccommended to a novice , but I personally started my first cycle with one redi-ject ew and got damn good gains off of it. So explain to me how it is "Garbage".
By the way , Tren is not reccommended for a beginner either , but then again , you would think D-bol would be ok for a beginner too....right?

Test for first cycle is best and should probably be something like Enanthate or Cypionate. But like I said , for a beginner Sus is ok to test the waters because all esters are low in doseages.

Newbies usually don't know what they are doing for one. Two, YOU CLAIM for it to be utilized it should be done every other day[ ...that is expensive especially for some one who is just "testing the waters"...]So what your telling me is that Sustanon (sust) is ok to use because all esters are low in dosages, but to be effective it should be done EOD..which would be more expensive, more frequent injections{something a beginner hates}, and all for what? Just to match the effectiveness of Enanthate or Cypionate which you and I both agree is better???

If you're 375lbs with only 22% fat, shit, even if you're 275lbs with only 22% fat, that's pretty fucking huge. Diet for a little while before cycling and you should be a monster
 
That has to be a typo. 5'11" 375lbs cant be right. I am 6' and about 250 and I am about 22-23% body fat. For you to be 125lbs heavier AND 1-2% less body fat you would be a MONSTER and not need any AAS.

Wont tren help significantly in lowering body fat?
