Sustanon 250 Cycle (2x week or 1x week)

Running my second cycle of Organon Sustanon 250 (500mg week) Any feedback on pinning 250mg twice a week or due to the slow acting esters is 500mg at once ok.
5'8 185lbs,10%BF 35yo,6 years training Thank You! (12 week cycle) At second week now.

i think sust is better when used twice to three times a week myself. i would use it at least twice a week say mon thursday.

Since the amps are glass and are 250mg each.Whats the ideal way to store the Sustanon since the amp tip has to be broken off? Pre load it in needle and store until needed? 3x week Organon Sus amps..

you can pre load for sure. just make sure your careful and use a drawing needle. i like to wipe the amps off also with a alcohol wipe and then draw and transfer.

Why would you get sust and not pin 3 days a week. Don't you want the benefits of the prop

2x a week should be the absolute minimum. I used sust for my first cycle and did 150 EOD.
