found it

lower dosage on your ai
your cholesterol is high, may rise... monitor it
donate blood to drop wbc and hemo

also your alt is high (assuming ur taking orals), supplement an amino acid called N Acetyl L Cysteine at 2 grams per day full time, its amazing even doctors will recommend this...It is used routinely in hospitals to treat liver poisoning because it is so good at detoxifying the liver. should help!

Thank you. Not taking any orals however. Just Sustanon.
Why do you say to lower ai? Did you see my estrogen is high?

You should look into donating blood ASAP. Your HCT is high. As Dennis said NAC will help your liver enzyme values. I think he meant increase your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose bc estrogen is slightly above range. Your WBC's are high indicating you might have an infection or something similar which is possibly related to your high EOS value as well. And for your cholesterol, take fish oil and EFA's, add whole grains to meals with high fiber content, plant sterols, veggies that contain lutein, nuts and seeds with EFA's, and lower saturated fat intake.

It varies but I've seen figures of 2-4% on average I believe.

So one donation should set him straight. I'm gonna get mine tested tomorrow... Foolishly I haven't had any done for 8 months while I've been on (500mg+). I was going to wait for my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) appointment in december.

Well he's already at the max plus he is on cycle so he may need another one before all is said and done. All AAS will increase RBC production and HCT levels so if it only drops 1-2% and he's got 7more wks, it may need to be done again. That's why it's important to check it before you cycle so you have a buffer.

That's for the replies gents. I will donate blood this week. And up my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dosage. As for wbc count, will that decrease after donating blood? It has me a bit worried, but I am also a bit sick at the moment. Chest congestion. And slightly sore throat. So that could be the reason for elevated wbc.

Will my test levels drop after donating blood? Something I should be concerned with?

The sooner you donate the better. At the moment your blood is packed with RBC's meaning you're at an increased risk for polycythemia and clotting. Your high WBC count is probably due to the congestion and sore throat you're experiencing. Your body ramps up production of WBC's to fight against infection which is what's happening now. When you donate blood, they're after the RBC, platelets, etc but your WBC count will most likely go down once you get over your "sickness". Do not be concerned with test levels dropping when donating blood in any way.

Thank you. I will make the necessary changes and report back soon with new blood work.

On another note, just got home from back day. 315x7 on deadlift for a new PR
:-)

It doesn't have a brand name. Just the lot number stickers and label description. It comes Strait from the compounding pharmacy. I can post pics if you'd like.
