Sustanon 250 what is the half life as this contains multiple esters

My doc definitely hasn't given me free reign on the bloods but I don't think he is going to look at the total cycle to see where my T is at its highest and lowest. I may be wrong but that's the impression I got. I will ask him.

Mate, with just 250mg Sustanon a month. Your high isn't going to be very high.
You'll probably have a week where you feel relatively normal, and then you'll gradually tire and fatigue from about week 2 onwards.

But you NEED to relay these feelings to your GP, keep a diary if possible - a good doctor won't go by blood tests alone, he will listen to his patient and work with them to improve symptoms. Remember, this will be new ground for him too. It's important you talk to him about half lives, peaks, troughs, estrogen etc - to make him realise that you are educating yourself with your ailments.

Only by doing this, will he drop your injection frequency, and only when he's done that will he consider trying other options.
Please stop panicking - you are just going to have to play the game.

Thanks for all this help.

Absolutely Ben
a wonderful group of people here. It's great comfort knowing that I have a support network.
Do you know what would be the best times to get my blood work done post my shot tomorrow to see where my peak and trough is? Should I get it done a week after then two weeks after that?
What do you think?

After levels have reached saturation point and your Natty has fully shut down, your peak is generally about 24-48 hours after your injection and trough is right before you do your next injection.

When you go in for blood work for your doc, you want to check your trough level.

I was reading up on Sustanon and I should peak in 24 hours and then it's supposed to level off and then drop over time... Was this your experience?
What am I going to feel like? Will I know when I'm at the peak level? From what I've been reading on this site while in the trough I'm going to feel like shit...am I going to be able to work? I'm getting the jitters a bit.

When should I get the first bloods done? Should I wait a week or should I get them sooner?

Should I see an endo? my doc has a contact for one. I wanted to stay with this doctor because he let me choose shots over gels etc. So I thought he was willing to work with me but he may not be up to date with the latest treatment. But if I'm totally honest I'm worried about the costs of seeing an endo in Ireland. Every time I go to the doc it's costing me money. I think the first hit for an endo visit is 250. I really want someone who is going to work with me and not dictate to me. I need be a part of the process and honesty I don't know if I am yet. Only the coming days and weeks will confirm this.
Plus this is a very personal thing for me.
I'm still trying to come to terms with the fact that I have low T. It was also confirmed that my bone density is a little low so getting more bloods done tomorrow to rule out anything else other then the correlation to low T.
The bottom line is I'm having a hard time excepting something is wrong with me and that I will need to supplement the rest of my life.
Sorry man my heads all over the place

With the protocol they are putting you on, I can't sugar coat it. You will be on a huge roller coaster and feel like shit at the end of the month. You won't have enough testosterone in you. Your TT will be lower than it currently is come the end of the month.

Thanks Megatron ok so how long until my natty shuts down? that happens right away after the injection right?
I will plan on getting my blood work 30 days out from my injection date...
I'm also going to keep a diary on how i feel day to day.

you may have also seen that my bone density is lower then normal... any idea how long this would take to happen. This might bring to light how long Ive had this. I'm thinking for a while but not sure.. i had a very stressful job but have changed that in the past year, i'm working out regularly and i have lost weight. i thought i was doing everything right and that my testosterone would naturally increase. My doc says i'm primary because my LH, FSH levels are normal. is there any way to get my testicals working again?
anyone been on trt long term.... say for 20 years?
