There are arguments for and against including clomid when you are already using nolvadex. I personally like to include it but others do not simply because the side effects are too severe or else they see no additional benefit. Ultimately it's up to you to decide what you think works best for you.

i never used it but might do at low doses ,are the above doses considered low?

These doses are fine.

i have ran 2 weeks already 100mg clomid and 40 mg nolva,was thinking o just nolva 20 mg another week or 2..

I've never got any sides from Clomid so it probably just depends on the person

How come people use both nolva and clomid together? I thought they were very similar drugs?
