Sustanon Help

I have done two stacks with sustanon 250 @ 500mg a week, and d-bol around 40mg a week. Im looking to add something to the mix. Im not really sure what to add tho becuase everywhere I look says something different. Im looking to up my sustanon to 750mg a week in the next cycle.. im just looking for something to go with it to increase my gains. any advice is appreciated!

welcome to ology , maybe add 500 mg of eq every week to the test.tell us more about your age , weight , height ,etc.
 
Is there really going to be that much of a difference jumping from 500mgs of Sustanon (sust) to 750mgs? Also, what is your pin frequency with sust?
 
stack it with deca and front load the cycle with dbols for the first 3 weeks, but at more like 40mg per day rather than per week . thats how i have my upcoming cycle laid out anyways.

400mg/week deca
500mg/week sustanon
40mg/day dbols

ya i meant 40mg a day of the dbol earlier.. i was running the sus twice a week. I wasnt sure if upping it to 750 would make a difference or not but i wanted to try something becuase i didnt get the gains i was hoping to get. so it seems like everyone is pushing more for the deca.. how many mg's a week is good to run with the sus and dbol?
as i mentioned before.. im 24, 200 lbs, and around 12% body fat.. im looking to bulk up and gain as much size as possible!
 
i meant that i was running 40mg a day of the dbol not 40mg a week. I wasnt sure if upping the sus to 750 a week would make a difference or not, but the last time i was running 500 a week, pinning twice a week, i didnt really get the gains i was looking for. is there another test that might be better to take with dbol and deca? it seems like everyone on here is leaning more towards the deca in this instnance.. so how many mg's a week of deca should I run? thanks for all the help... as i mentiond before.. im 5'9 200lbs around 12% bf and im 24 yrs old.. im just looking to pack on as much size as possible before february when i start dieting for comp. thanks alot
