you are correct my diet isnt great. Im 23 a little young to be using steroids which i also agree. Really i build muscle fairly well and never wanted to use steroids but i injured my shoulder which may just be stretched and sloppy or may have a small tear. Either way i had shoulder surgery on my left shoulder and it feels great. You may wonder y i dnt have surgery on the other. This is because i dnt have insurance, i need to work and cant take the time off ( a good three months before u can move ur shoulder fairly well and avoid damaging it again moving stuff), and the surgery isnt completely absolutely needed. They said i cld do it and it wld be better but i dnt have to. I will be probably going into the military soon either navy or airforce, possibly just the reserves. i will have a bachelors after this spring so i may go in as an officer active duty or may just do the reserves to help serve my country, have a good job in my mind, health benefits if i do find myself needing surgery later on, and also have the assistance and perks the military provides for continuing education which i will do if i go into the reserves. I workout 3-5 times a week. Im not a heavy lifter more into doing isolations and proper form which was forced upon me because i didnt want to further injure my shoulder. Ohh sorry my body fat was around 13% and my weight is 160 with a height of 5ft 8in. i know i shld just eat more but i want to put some muscle around that shoulder to see if that helps it alot or not. You may say just workout naturally which i may just keep doing but it gets soo sore/painful compared to the other and i like to workout hard which doesnt mean heavy i just like to challenging myself. In conclusion i just wanted to get a boost since im slightly discouraged and mainly because steroids will decrease my recovery time while giving great gains, which means i can workout harder and more frequently, either way i will not make this a habit. I just want to see if this will give me the edge to get over this hump.
ps. i understand completely that steroids are not a miracle and i will suddenly gain all this muscle, i will workout harder and more frequently than i ever have and will eat more frequently. i will do this simply because i want to get the most out of the cycle that i can so when im done i can evaluate my gains. Also so that when im done i can continue this habit that will have developed over the span of time using. Also i didnt mention above that i have been working out off and on since i was about 16. i usually workout for 7 months consistently reaching reasonable gains which was pleasing but my shoulder would start to hurt and out weigh the benefits. I wld usually take 3 to 4 months off and then go back. This cld and probably is simply bc the way i workout which i realize and have changed. I wanna see if this cld help me gain a reasonable amount of muscle and be easier since it will help me recover faster. I want to see if the muscle gained if i choose to use will benefit me greatly so that i dnt do this workout for a period then stop and go back which is useless. i feel the muscle gained may be enough to give me a boost and the support needed to get a jump on building my body and support muscle for my shoulder. As of right now i wld say i am a descent build and descent strenght for my size but far far far from being big or saying i was built or really strong.
Thanks for any replies.
