after reading about what people have to say cock i think yes they have im gonna go on sus and dbol my self .....some most people have said 10 - 20 pounds all u got to is just seacrh the forums i just have found about forums and just been reading for the last 3 days ....im gonna hit my 1st cycle in about month and wanna know as much as possbile b4 i do but anyway peace

Your not gonna find any1 shooting Sustanon (sust) once a week lol. If you do, they are newbies who havent done their research. Correct me if im wrong, but im pretty sure optimal results with Sustanon (sust) is EOD shots or at LEAST twice a week. Youl find most people on the board goin with the single ester Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) like cyp enan prop etc...

I really thing Sustanon (sust) is over priced and not what its cracked up to be. I get much better results from singel ester tests like enth, and they are cheaper and less guess work with blood levels.
As for shooting Sustanon (sust) 1x per week, you will make some gains, but that defeats the point of the Sustanon (sust). It has 4 different esters, from fast to slow release, so if you shoot it a few times per week, nice even blood levels, shoot it 1x per week and you get crazy spikes, which arent as good for growth
