today will be the 1st day in a 6 week mass cycle . just coming off a 6 week power cycle were i increased in both poundage and reps on most everything .
i plan to keep the big 3 lifts in my mass cycle of course and cant wait to finish and return to building even more power . this new program i stubbled upon will no doubt increase my muscle mass . it is 1 week power range (4-6 reps) , next week rep range (8-12 reps) , & 3rd week super sets and end with a drop set on all body parts that week , then repeat for 6 weeks till next power lifting 6 weeks phase . i think repeating these 2 phases back to back for a year will be excellent , just what i needed . and in the mass phase theres still that power range week , im looking forward to trying this and splitting my workouts differently every other 6 weeks like that . anyone do anything similar to this ?
