I have searched and didn't see anyone asking this question before.
I am wondering about what is mentioned in this video starting at 2:30

His suggestion is to rotate the use of multiple orals taking each for 2 consecutive days before switching to the next.
My question is if anyone else agrees with this, and also if this would eliminate the need for a new oral to 'build up' in your system.
I still don't completely understand the concept of why it takes a few days to notice the effects from orals even though their half life is short enough that there shouldn't be any real 'buildup' of the compound in your body - my understanding is that if you take your orals today then tomorrow morning there isn't much at all of the active compound acting in your system. Is the 'delay' the result of your body needing to be in an increased anabolic state for a few days, or is it that the particular compound that you are taking somehow 'building up'?
Theoretically, say that someone had lots of DBol and only 4 days worth of Anadrol. If 2 weeks into the DBol cycle, they decided to switch the DBol for Anadrol for 4 days.
Would this be effective, or would it somehow not work because the Anadrol hasn't yet 'built-up' in their system?
