I'm just starting out lifting, and I've used protein for the last month or so and want to add on a creatine like product. I am trying to decide between regular creatine monohydrate, and a cell volumizer like swole v2 (i've heard this is best). So, what's the call guys?

or just regular monohydrate...thanks again. Also, are there any other supplements i should look into or anything else i should be taking care of while taking these supps?
