syno conversion help

i lent my instructions to a buddy(whose out of town) and i haven't made syno in some time now and i forget certain key elements. i did searches , but those guys made it different and i wan to stick to my way.

ok, anybody remember the instructions that were floating around for a while with pictures of his stuff in a pyrex pan w/ a fan blowing on it, he also used used a coffee pot to filter it....anybody remember this ???? if so , let me know where the site is.

anywho, i also read in my searches that some people add the water, estrogen solubulizer and let sit for only 10-15 min then filter and wash...anybody do it that way? what about the HEET? does it get washed away w/the est solubulizer?

any feedback? let me know, bros
