Hi everyone, anyone here has used non-sterile filters? I bought filters Whatman 0.2 a non -estéreis, bacteria do not go through 0.2 one, but can I use them?

Yes, to sterilize the filters, just pump some rubbing alcohol through and let them dry.

Personally, without an autoclave I wouldn't buy anything that wasn't pre-sterilized. I want to make the switch to uncapped vials, but what I feel comfortable using isn't worth the investment for my own personal brewing.

i would use BA instead of rubbing alcohol just seems better but both work
