Syringe size for Test Cyp ?

Hey all you experienced people I just started with Testosterone Cyp
for Hormone replacement. The doc suggested using a 22 guage 1 inch syring.
Is the 22 guage more painfull to use than a 23 guage? Or could I use a 25 guage? I'm getting gluteal shots.

for glutes you should use a 1.5" 23g needle

I just switched over from 23 guage to 25 guage. Definately less painfull. I also use 1 1/2 for glutes,, but I have used 1" with no problems.

As stated above 23-25 guage needles should be fine (most cyps should be able to go through a 25 no problem). 1.5 inches is preferable but 1 inch can be done for glutes.

i have done both 23 and 25 1.5 and the only differences is that the 23 shoots the oil in a hellava lot quicker while the 25 takes time...but the 25 is soooo painless...try them both...dont bother with anything larger...these two are fine...
