You need to get off the gel. By virtue of the high aromatase enzyme in the skin you are going to get a high estrogen conversion with gel no matter what. You are literally killing yourself right now with estrogen stress. It is a great way to develop diabetes and get a heart attack if you read the studies on what high estrogen does to men. In one study they gave estrogen to men with prostate cancers and most of them died before the study ended and or had heart attacks. You need an Aromatase inhibitor (AI), injections, and HCG. If your doc isn't willing to do that, call Chip. Most docs just don't have a clue, and are students of Androgel's salespeople. I think androgel costs something like $400 for 2 or 3 months worth. And that is ridiculous, but the docs get a cut from the gel companies. I'm not singling out androgel, all gel is bad, even the cheaper stuff you can get compounded at a pharmacy.
