T3 burns muscle although you're at your minimum muscle mass?

Hey guys,

I wanted to ask if my 186 lbs rat 16% bodyfat will lose muscle with Clen, T3, Keto, Yohi. If you have a basic mass of muscles and havent doing exercises for a long time, will T3 (at 75mcg) burn the muscles of my sweety? If I havent misunderstood biology in school the cells have a "memory" which allows to get to your "standard" mass more faster, am I right?

It's not "burning" muscle, it's that if your caloric intake isn't enough to match the needs placed by a faster metabolism, you will go catabolic and digest that muscle for energy. This is why it is typically not recommended for those without a testosterone base to help keep the body in an anabolic state.

I'd work on diet and training before adding thyroid meds to your toolkit personally. Fixing up those macros and gaining a strong foundation of knowledge when it comes to your dietary needs will help you not only lose any extra body fat, but also keep it off.

I second what halfwit said. Get your diet in check. Whatever your goals are, you can reach them with diet and exercise. Most people don't know how to diet properly.
