t3 + clen

is t3 and clen really effective, or is it not a whole lot better than a low carb diet on its own...how much does it speed results by?
 
Just curious, are you on gear while running this?

T3 will burn through muscle like nothing else, I hope you know this. I've done a couple cycles @ 100mcg, and I was on 400mg test/400mg nandrolone and I still lost some muscle and it dropped my strength on the weights down about 20lbs on most of my lifts, which took me about a month to get back afterwards. I won't run it higher than 50mcg anymore because of this. I'd be doing as much cardio as you can, given you are on gear. I usually hit about 45 minutes per day, a steady jog, not running, on steep inclines. A ketogenic diet will amplify this as well. Low carb, med fats, high protein.

On a side note, and I'm not saying this is the best choice for anyone, but after I tried DNP I don't think I'll ever use another fat loss product. In the world of quick fat loss, DNP is sweet baby Jesus.

T3 can burn muscle which is why people run it with clen. I have had great success running t3/clen and a low carb diet with very little muscle loss.

Cardio @ 30 mins hiit 4x a week.

I have a friend who runs DNP, I swear he gets dumber each time he runs it.
 
clen and t3 will definitely speed up your weight loss results. WHat dose are you using for each chem? I like to stay around 100 mcgs for each chem. Good luck.
 
A little bit of t3 went a long way for me.
I used both to get into my best stage shape and I didnt need much.
I also had some unlikely help with diet and cardio.
 
I personally am anti-clen due to the helth risks/sides that many over look with clen and heart.
BUT yes it is strong combo.
but remember t3 will eat away muscle and fat so keep protein intake high to try and mimimize this and keep working out.

i would just rec aas and t3 personally. liek t3, test, tren done
