she is about 145 in weight is going to be doing 5 hours a week of cardio and i want to know if this dosage is ok .125 a day for the first week .25 a day for second week .5 a day for 2 weeks and then tapper back down the way it went up. also ladie abot how much protein and carbs should she be taking in on a daily basisthanks girls

Is she doing resistance training as well? Also, why do you have her doing T-3? Has she used any other supplements? What does her diet look like currently? If you could perhaps answer these questions, we will be able to assist you more. thanks :)
