T3.. How much and How long?

How much per day and for how long? Diet will be in order. I plan on losing about 12 lbs. and keep my gains..

Without anabolics, you won't 'keep' any gains on t3. That stuff is catabolic. I would recommend running some Winstrol (winny) or ox with it, but if you don't, you should still get some decent results off it.

Here is a sample dosing:
12.5mcg for 5-7 days
37.5mcg for 5 days
75mcg for 15 days
50mcg for 5 days
37.5mcg for 5 days
25mcg for 5 days
12.5 mcg for 5 days
6.25mcg for 5-7 days


This is just a sample and there are other methods and dosing schedules.
 
Yea I was going to hit the Winstrol (winny) with it also.. In no way am I going to lose my gains...

ken, you can also ramp up to 50 mcgs and stay there tapering off towards the end.

i feel if you keep it at 50 mcgs you will have minimal muscle loss.

i ran it at 25mcgs for about 4 days and went up to 50 mcgs. i tried 75 mcgs but did not like how i felt and backed down to 50 and stayed there.
i am at 25 mcgs now and will be at half that next week then done.

If you were going to run it with out an actual Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) what dose would be good.

THinking of doing a clen/t3 cycle because my fiance isn't big on the idea of steroids (I'm working educating her, she still just see's gyno and no kids when we get married).

In the mean time I'd love to lean out a bit.
 
Hey House, thanks for getin in on this.. I ran into your thread while searching and was gonna PM ya but waited to see if you would pop-in and help me out.. How is it going with it? Still having the sweats hehe??

Right now I am 235 with 11-12% BF. I hope to get around 8% after I use the T3 for 3-4 weeks as my 10 yr. high school reunion is coming up Aug. 29th. :D
 
I rn T3 at 50mcg for 2months....I didn't run any Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) with it and it ate up some quality muscle but lost a lot of BF!! Good luck bro
 
ken, i am ramping down as of now but was very pleased with the results.

you should get some good fat loss by your reunion bro. make sure your diet is in check!! i feel it works better off a structured diet

fatchops, how lean were you when you ran it?? i think the leaner a person is the greater the possibility of muscle loss. just my opinion though.

i have my wife on 50 mcgs [ no test or anything like that with it ]with good fat loss and i see no muscle loss as of yet and hope it stays that way she is looking very good.

she is in week 4 [ i think, have to look on the calender] will be tapering her off slowly starting next week.

I've read that 50mcg/day is fine without AAS, but I'm starting to think that's only true if you maintain nitrogen balance by eating protein throughout the day (every 2-3 hours). I'm guessing that if you do slip up on the protein that 50mcg is enough to tip the scales in favor of muscle catabolism.

Unless your diet is *perfect* it may be a better idea to stick with 25mcg or 37.5mcg/day if any muscle loss is a concern (as it is to most of us) and you're not taking any AAS. Again, it sounds like the muscle isn't that much, but still after working so hard to get it...
