ok so the GF has been on Anavar (var) @ 15mg ed and T3 @ 60mcg per day now for 4 weeks over that time she has dropped 5lbs
Not alot, we both eat well and drink loads of water. i think this is on track but want to touch base with others
thoughts please.
I loose a lot more weight than that while running these at about the same doses, while adding some muscle. If she could make an account we could tweak her diet and training so that she can get the most out of the cycle.
Post up her diet and training so we can tweak it. 5 pounds is not alot with those compounds quite honestly. Is she already at a really low bodyfat? How much cardio is she doing?
First of all does she want to lose weight or lose fat? People tend to confuse the 2.
What most people really want is to lose the fat but gain lean muscle mass. 5 pounds of fat and 5 pounds of muscle are both 5 pounds but muscle is leaner therefore you may lose 5 pounds of fat and gain 5 pounds of muscle but look leaner.
Instead of going by the scale get a Body Mass Caliper and go by BF% and LBM. Losing weight is great but there is such a thing as skinny fat. 110lbs. at 30% BF is not as healthy as 110lbs. at 15% BF and if you put the 2 next to each other the 30% BF will look "fatter"... not that 110 lbs. looks fat either way.
I weigh myself daily at the gym before every workout and check my BF% & LBM once a week first thing in the morning. My body weight has held at 125lbs. but my BF% has dropped. In 4 weeks I went from 15% BF to 9% BF and still kept on the 125lbs. but at the same time looked leaner.
It's about getting rid of the fat not the weight!!!
