Tryin to tone up a little for spring. Have had sucess with clen only cycle what about adding t3 or t3 only cycle. Dont wanna screw up my thryoid tho worth the risk or

dont dose it high. ive used it 3 times but to only 37.5 so i dont really risk messing things up long term. taper up by 12.5, taper down the same way. you should be fine, just respect this drug, its powerfull.
Obviously everyone has had very different results with it and will continue to do so. But if you use it PROPERLY (as in dose, etc..) it is the absolutely number one fat burning ingredient outside of DNP.
If you need to take up to 50 or 75mcg to see results or feel anything, then you have other variables that are out of whack in your body. Could be cortisol levels, could be iron levels, could be RT3. But assuming these are all in line and healthy, 25-37.5mcg of T3 will make you shed weight like nobody's business.
"like nobody's business?" how much is that, are you sure?
For what it's worth, I tried it thinking it might give me a little help in losing that last stubborn 5 lbs. My appetite went through the roof. I was craving and eating steaks for breakfast! I had no control over my appetite. I tend to get low blood sugar when I'm hungry, so it was impossible for me to speed up my metabolism with T3 and keep the same diet. I think I actually gained weight!!
Cardio is the answer for me. Never tried clen though.
