Hi there
I am planing on starting t3 cycle and wanted some info and input before I go ahead. I am 31 years old female, not bodybuilder but pretty average. I am 5"3 and weigh about 165 lb and want to lose at least 40 lb. I try to work out everyday (30-40 cardio and 3 times strength ) and try to eat sense able.

I have been reading a lot about the t3 and want to give it a try. But they talk a lot about muscle loss, restarting your thyroid and all that. I would like some input on how to do this and also, I generally don't have a lot of muscle right now so does the muscle loss matter and can what muscle I have be preserved with strength workout instead using steroids? Thanks guys!
 
T3 is a really dangerous messing with your thyroid is not some to be taken lightly and yes t3 is HIGHLY CATABOLIC a better choce would be eca or clenbuterol if you eat right and up your cardio to 1 hour of HIIT. You should loose 12.5-7 lbs every 2 week cycle of Clen and running eca during the off period will amplify your weight loss for more info check out the nuke us clenbuterol threads on the forums

I have read so much on the net there is one thing that I have noticed: there is a lot of talk about how dangerous it is, there is a lot of talk about how it is NOT dangerous at all. And then there a lot of people who talk about the results but I have yet to find someone who says that they have suffered permanent damage.

I want to do max 6-8 weeks and start small. I definitely have a slow metabolism and I feel sluggish all the time. I push myself to get up workout, I do workout and feel good but I need a boost. Even though I am not very heavy, my knees kill me when I try to run and I used to a runner before gaining the weight. It should also be said that I think my fat % is 27 so I am hoping the t3 will blast that off and then I can really work on toning.
 
T3 is not that effective at burring fat I have run a cycle myself yu won't have any permanent damage from t3 but it takes time for your thyroid to recover get your blood work dome to see if any of your hormonal levels are low if not clen and eca should boost your metabolism throug the roof I was a really fat guy and have run every possible cutting compound including dnp
Plus t3 the rebound fat gain from t3 is terrible plus clan or t3 is better to cut off fat at your bf level dropping those initial lbs of fat will be easy you need to get your bf% down to 12-14% to even consider using t3 even @ 10% bf I still find Clem and eca highly effective if used properly
 
Plus of you are looking for an energy boost eca is your best option your energy levels will go through the roof! For a more aggressive cardio or lifting session
 
Okay so what do suggest? Like whAt to take, how long, cycles.... I don't even know what eca is. It's just that sooo many talk about t3 being awesome at weight loss. And yes the rebound affect does make me worried. I am just sick and tired of being fat. I start losing weight when I bring my calorie intake under 1000 cal and that is soo hard to maintain. I feel a little bit desperate. I know have to give it time but I have been on the wagon for too long :basket:
 
I was in your shoes not too long ago
Eca stands for ephedrine caffeine aspirin
You can get them at your local pharmacy
And get some clen from your source
Fir rrun clen for 2 weeks
Starting @ 20 mcg and increasing the dose Ed by 20mcg till you reach 100 mcg if you are comfortable with the sides at this dose increase it to 120 mcg Ed for 2 weeks and then run eca for 2 weeks use benadryl at night during your cycle
Continue this for a total of 8 weeks and you should see good results
But you need to get your diet in place a 1500-1700 cal diet high in protein and low in carbs and fats should suffice
HIIT Cardio 6 days a week with circuits and you will get your desired goals!
