Taking a break mid-cycle due to "back pump". Good idea????

So here's my dilemma: I am having TERRIBLE lower back pains. I can hardly stand up straight at times. Lifting is killer!! It's been going for about a week with no relief. I'm guessing it's what they call back pump.

I am 4 weeks into a 400 test & 200 tren per week cycle. It's my 3rd test-C & tren-E cycle. Never had issues before. Stats: 37 y/o. 208 lbs.

Should I stop my cycle now until pain subsides? Will I lose all my gains? Will 2 weeks off hurt? Should I stop tren and continue test to see if that helps first?

I know a few people who have used up to 5g of taurine a day.
Some of these people claim it helps, others do not.
I have never used this supplement, but I would recommend keeping well hydrated as well as checking your blood pressure.
There seems to be a correlations between high blood pressure, back pumps and headaches for me.
 
strange ive always and almost only heard of this happening from dbol . If worse comes to worse and the tuarine doesn't help , id lower or stop the tren . Have u run a test only cycle before ? if u did u would know jhow ur body responds to it alone and can pinpoint where your problem is coming from . Id imagine however if u aren't using dbol , may be the tren . So worse to worse drop the tren for a bit and continue the test and go from there
 
ahhh on second thought ... are u pinning glutes ????? Id bet if u are . that's where ur problem is coming from ! Ive had this happen to me from pinning glutes , deadening/stiffing lower back pain . Try not using that injection site if u do , switch it up ... and let us know how it goes
 
Stretch a couple times a day to. Not just back but legs upper back arms. It's what helps me with that problem. I don't get terrible back pains but enough to slow me down.

I have ran test only cycle before a couple of times with nonnegative effects. But this is the first time I've had trouble like this. And it's my 3rd tren cycle. I'm going to start taurine today and if that doesn't help, I'll stop the tren.
 
Tons-and I mean fucking tons-of water,l-taurine, and don't pin your glutes. Thus happens to me on dbol, on high dose var, on heavy cycles of injectable gear. Doing isn't a great idea. Rollercoaster hormones cause other issues you don't want, especially with tren and test. Good luck.

Yes. I do pin in the glutes. Right on Monday and left on Thursday. I hate pinning in the legs. But I may have to go there.

Ok. I'll def up my H2O intake and add the taurine. Man! I'm hoping this helps.
 
Yes man , if my suspicions are right , I can guarantee its because of the glute pinning! Try just for 1 week to pin delts if u don't like quads . Quads are my personal favourite for easy of access and never had any problems with nerves etc . but ive had that problem with glutes , and id bet that's the reason . or even try ventroglutes .
