I do, but it's not 100% necessary. You can always test it out for yourself with a thyroid panel to see how much tren suppresses your thyroid output. Mine was dipping down (ft3) lower than I liked, so I supplement my tren with T3.

could you please explain why it wouldnt be 100% necessary? what ive read seems to indicate that we should. however, ive also seen many guys go back and forth on it

What Tron said. You can experiment with doses, but I have come to the conclusion that 40mcg is around to slightly above natural output. I like to go a little higher as it gives some extra flexibility with diet, even if bulking.
