taking too many dumps in a day

sorry if this is gross but, i'm having issues gaining so trying to figure out what's going on. i pretty much have to take a dump immediately after every meal is it possible that my body doesn't have enough time to absorb the nutrients or whatever if i'm going to the bathroom that fast? or does it not matter? i probably go 3 or 4 times a day. i had been working with 3j since the beginning of the year and eating about 3k calories - 6 meals a day every 2 hrs and cannot gain any weight at all, i can't move past 160 lbs. then i started a 400mg/wk test cycle august 1st it's now sept. 6 and i've only gained 4 pounds.

i've read somewhere that for children who have diarrhea there's a medication that keeps them from losing the nutrients from their food, should i start taking this? i don't have insurance so difficult for me to go to a doc but, i might not have a choice i guess. i wonder if that's happening to me and i'm losing my nutrients because most of my #2's feel soft almost liquidy but, not quite diarrhea like. i think i might have a screwed up digestive or stomach from drinking too much alcohol in the past, i have issues with having gas all the time and my having to take a dump is almost uncontrollable it's to the point where i have to make sure i've used the bathroom before i leave the home. one time i accidently took a dump while i was driving because it's that difficult to control. since i stopped drinking like that it's not as bad anymore but, still i'm cautious about it and it's still difficult to control and the issues are still there like i'm still gassy even though not as much as i used to be but, still there.

if u have never done a colon cleanse then it could be that you have too much shit stuck on the walls of your intestines which will keep u from absorbing nutrients. so if i were u i would buy a cheap one. the only ingredient should be psyllium husks. it should look like saw dust. i did this when i was at my biggest (i was also shitting like 3-5x a day) and what came out looked nothing like shit. more like something you'd find in a swamp! haha. after that, i was growing like a weed, i was shitting 2-3x a day or less. i know it was because i was absorbing more nutrients. oh and if youre main protein source is beef i would change it to chicken or fish. meat is just so damn hard to digest. keep it to a few x a weeek

thanks! i was hesitant to post my issue i thought i would get laughed at and doubted anybody would relate but, just went ahead and asked. i'll try that, i'm guessing i can get it at walgreens or cvs? i also went ahead and decided to go into a clinic today (one of those walk-in medical clinics) to get checked out so i'll be going there in an hour i'll mention this colon cleanse to them, i wonder if they have any prescription type cleanse if not then i will just try to find one otc the kind you mentioned. i've never done it before.

also i am eating beef, like once a day i have a 6 oz. london broil but, my meal plan just got changed and i think beef might be like once a week now so that could help. though i seem to have to go to the bathroom the same amount no matter if i eat beef or not, though not sure if that has anything to do with digestion as you were referring to, i can't tell if i'm having difficulty digesting or not. not sure how i would know.

thanks again.

Not sure, and by no means am I a qualified medical practitioner, but taking in some dietary fiber might help your situation as well.

well i should've just taken your advise before i went to the clinic was a waste of time and $125 they couldn't do anything said i wasn't having diarrhea so there's nothing to treat and referred me to a gastro specialist which they also mentioned will be expensive since i don't have insurance. i went ahead and ordered the cleanse i linked to that i found on amazon it's only Psyllium Husks and it has good reviews so will see how it works.

yes the 1st one bro. awesome & cheap. dont ask the dr for prescription stuff because that stuff is meant for old folks who cant move shit thru them on their own . trust me this stuff is good. but dont do as the bottle says to take everyday til u finish it. do it for 3 days in a row. eat lots of veggies while u r doing it. drink fresh squeezed lemon juice while u are at it as well. it helps cleanse the liver.

So then if I'm taking a dump 4 times a day that means I'm eating enough but, where is the weight? why can't I gain anything past 160 lbs.?
brotha do your cleanse even if it doesnt solve your problem of pooping too much haha, it is the healthy thing to do a few times a year considering colon cancer is one of the most prevalent forms of cancer in men & women too. after that, just eat alot of good quality food. organic if you can afford it! try to get your carbs from fruits & veggies. you can never go wrong with eating as many veggies as you can stomach. take it easy on the fruit a few hrs before bed. oatmeal is good too. take probiotics to help break down your food and make it more bioavailable.

having to go 3-4 times per day is nothing... especially once u start getting your weight into "big boy" range (<6', lean 220+lbs)

the thing is that it's not just the going 3-4 times a day but, how quickly I have to go and that i have such difficulty controlling it and that i could be in the middle of a meal and start to feel like going or that right when i'm done i have to hit the bathroom immediately like something in my stomach can't hold it. so if i'm going that fast after a meal is there an issue that my body might not be absorbing the nutrients?

i see people are saying it's normal to go 3-4 times a day but, the thing is then where are my GAINS? why have i been eating like this for nearly 7 months every single day (except occasional cheat on weekends) but, my weight does not climb past 160 pounds? why even on cycle since i started my blast last month, did my 12th pin yesterday that i'm at 164 pounds?

if i'm eating enough why does it seem my body is not processing the food, why am i not gaining weight?
