TBOL / Test E 12 wk cycle (4th cycle)

Hey guys, this is my first post. I've done three cycles prior to this. 2x were test e: 1 was at 600mg a week, the other 900mg a week *I know I got carried away* and my other cycle was Sustanon 250 at 500mg a week. All 3 cycles were 12 weeks long and besides breaking out in pimples on the 900mg a week of test e, everything has gone well. To keep it short prior to cycling I weighed around 180lbs and since then have been able to maintain 210-220lbs and it's been a year and a half since my last cycle.

Anyway, getting back to the point. I'm currently training for be a firefighter so I need to be a bit heart conscience so any insights into that would be cool. This will be my off season since I have to take care of medical certificates for the next 5 months.

Stats:
29 years old, 217lbs, 15% bf and I've been training for 11 years for various sports and reasons.

My cycle

Week 1-12 : Test E @ 600mg per week
Week 1-4 : TBOL @ 40mg ED
Week 1-14 : Aromasin - (1st 2 weeks 12.5mg E3D) (3-14 12.5mg EOD)
Week 12-15 : HCG @ 1,000 IU per week

PCT (14-18 weeks)
Aromasin : 12.5mg ED
Nolva : 40/20/20/20


I'll post some pics if this thread gains traction, looking for some advice on heart health and any cycle opinions from the more seasoned athletes. :blue:
 
I just got my order in and I am taking my first doses today. Will post pics up next thursday to begin documenting. I'm also 4 days into my keto diet. Decided to add that.. might carb cycle. we'll see.
 
On your keto diet are you changing up vegetables much? I went zero carb a few years back and doubled my already high meat consumption, and tripled veggies.

Also make sure to increase your salt intake, if you find yourself feeling like crap try mixing a teaspoon of salt with water and drinking it. If you soon feel better you'll know it was getting low on electrolytes.

Broke keto pretty badly this weekend, you can almost call what i did carb loading lmao. my gf of 2.5 years and I split up so I ate my feelings. Starting up again today.

I will say this, my energy was great last week while in ketosis. Not aware of switching up veg. I've been sticking to broccoli and kale, cream cheese, butter, chicken thighs and 80/20 ground beef.
I started feeling the Tbol 2 days ago, ran 2 miles and was not even close to winded. Muscles are drying out a good deal and aggression is up.

Hey Juiced, thanks. I added the HCG with very little research. I saw someone doing it on a cycle exactly like the one I am doing and thought it wouldn't hurt. Any reason why I shouldn't run it? Curious on the science.
