tbol+testE firt ever cycle

I'm 18 years old(that a little bit young)and i want to start this cycle in low doses.I workout for 2 years and i gained some weight(something like 15-17kg and droped some fat).I want to start this cycle for cutting not for bulking.I don't want to lose any kg that i got pretty hard.
This cycle will look like these:
-tbol 50mg/ED for 4 weeks.
-testE 250mg/week for 5 or 6 weeks.
And for post cycle therapy (pct) i will use nolva 40/20 and another 20 if you thinks it's needed.
ps:i am 170cm height and 65kg.I want to get from 14-15% bf and 65kg to 63-67kg and 10%bf.
 
i eat something like 1,5-2grams of proteine per kg and pretty much carbs(i am not on a cutting diet).I eat chicken breast 2 times a day for almost 2 years and 2-3 whole eggs/a day and rise and potatoes but i don't like veggetables.Two or 3 protein bars every day for now...cause they have carbs,i will go on protein powder when i cut.I don't like the steak so much but i eat sometimes.
 
i now...but i dont think those doses for 5-6 weeks will hurt me so much...and if i said that i want to take that means i will take no matter if you say i am too young.So please give me an advice not something that i already knew.

you call that a diet? haha. try to get in at least 5-6 whole food meals. chicken,turkey,fish,beef for ur protein sources.
brown rice, sweet potatoes, whole grain pasta, oats, white rice is good post workout due to the fact that it absorbs much faster than brown rice. in the morning and post workout it is okay to have simple carbs(juice, sugars ,white rice for example). i would eat carbs all day expect right before bed. also don't forget ur fat sources, saturated fats from beef in moderation of course can make u grow its gpimg tp release more testosterone because of those saturated fats. peanut butter, and any kind of nuts, fish oil, flax seed oil are all things u need in your diet. so basically man just pick a protein source, carbs and fat source for each meal and eat it 5-6 times a day. you don't have tp force feed yourself but eat until ur full each meal. and try tp eat every 2-3 hours. it will take some getting used to but ur body will adjust to it. it is good to mix up ur foods try not tp keep eating the same things.

thanks for your post...i would love to eat 5-6 meals but i am 18 years old i can't eat that much maybe 4 meals but 6 it is impossible for me...
 
wow..well good luck accomplishing anything in life with that attitude. im an npc athlete, and at the national level, i don't dp small shows, and im not going tp say my exact age but i am young, hence my username, when i was 18 i was 240 lbs and and squating 600 for reps. still have the video of me doing 700 for 1 at La fitness, lol everybody was like wtf haha. my point is do u think i was only getting in 4 meals a day, hell no. eating is so much more important than steroids my brother, u may not believe that, but i swear its true. if u cant eat enough then there is no point. i can give u post after post pf evidence and personal experience cases showing u why u should not do this but if ur not ggoing to listen then there is no point...man i remember back in highschool 9th thru 12th grade i brought meals in containers and ate that shit in class every dam day. that right there , that dedication to just do whatever it takes, that is wat builds champions man. not some lame diet and juice as a short cut, its not like that all.

YOU ARE NOT finished development till around the age of 24... height is NOT what really matters, I am talking DEVELOPMENT in your body.

you are TOO YOUNG!!! deal with it or do not complain when you are all messed up...
 
protein bars are not the way to obtein carbs and proteins, being big is eating good and much veggies as possible like if you don't like them
