So I am doing a full TCD for 2-3 weeks before I start my cycle to get sub 12% bf. Currently 6'1" 190lbs, looking to lose 5-6lbs. Cycle will be 12 weeks test e with a 5 week tbol kicker. Diet on cycle will be high protein/carb and low fat.
Currently lifting M W F and doing low intensity cardio T Th Sat Sun.
On cardio days I am eating no carbs at all, high fat and protein, 300ish cals under maintenance. EXCEPT for sunday when I carb up at a few hundred cals over maintenance
On lifting days I am eating no carbs EXCEPT for 2-3 hours post workout where I do, eating at about maintenance.
My question is...what should my macros look like for my lifting days? On off days I am shooting for 60/0/40 protein/carb/fat, but I am not sure how to incorporate my post workout carbs into my macros on lifting days. Does my 60/0/40 P/C/F ratio for cardio non lifting days look solid for a TCD?
