Teen NEEDS to lose weight and get somewhat more fit. DNP? Help Please.

Hi everybody, to first put this out there, I'm 19 years old and not a bodybuilder. I do however try to stay fit and lift on a regular basis, follow a program, and have been for the past two years. I enjoy lifting weights, and have a schedule that I try to stick to when possible, however I'm always really busy, as I fly from Boston to California almost on a weekly basis, so I'm unable to do so perfectly. My goal is not to get huge, but just 'fit', and better than average. I'm currently 5'7 1/2, 168 pounds, and at 18 percent body fat (measured). I NEED to lose about 20 pounds of body fat by Mid February, and my outlook right now is looking slim. I have started P90X, however haven't lost much weight in the past two weeks (~3 1/2 pounds). I've read extensively about DNP, how it works, differences between crystal and regular DNP, plans and guides from numerous websites, and logs. I know what kind of substance this is, and unfortunately, I'm at a point where this may be my only option. If anybody can guide me in that direction, I'd appreciate it. I know this is a last resort-type post, and would also appreciate ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS if available in effort to help me lose weight I've also read on ECA stacks, however I have a pretty high resistance to stimulants as I take prescribed Adderall XR on a daily basis. I've looked into hiring a personal trainer and nutritionist, but they're extremely expensive, and I would end up needing their help almost on a daily basis if I were to go that route.

I plan on running it with supplements (vitamins, miners, etc) at first 100mg for the first 3 days, 200 for the next 4 days, 250-300 (If the sides aren't too terrible with it built up in my system) for another 4 days, then slowly taper down back to 100mg for about 3 days. After, I plan to just do lot's of cardio and resistance training, as well as consuming 1-1.5 grams of protein/pound of bodyweight, and CLA/BCAA's during the period.

Now onto the reason why: I can't provide too many details, but from late February until June, I'm casted for a TV network's for a minor character in a film. The issue to be brutally honest, is that I don't fit the 'typical teenage/ kid's channel look', and was instructed to try to get more fit. I know this is ridiculous and quite sad, but I'm at the point where I've worked so hard since I was a kid and I can finally appear in something that's important to me. If anybody has any suggestions, help, or ANY guidance whatsoever as of to where I can even get it as well, I'd really appreciate it. If anybody else has suggestions with my weight loss, please post them down here as well. Please don't flame me, I'm already doing all I can do at this point.

dude , NOT flaming you but at 5'7 168 with about 20lbs of bf to loose you really really need to concentrate on getting a better work out in and nutrition. steroids are not magic as many would have you believe. you don't just inject and magically grow. without SERIOUS training and proper diet (for fuel) you won't see ANY gains when your done. this is fact.
also, at 19, you haven't finished growing yet. might not get taller (i'm 5'7 too no dig :) ) but you can fuk yourself up permanently.
spend two years with a serious diet/training routine and you will see quite a difference. don't believe me? at least owe it to yourself to research more.

Have realistic, healthy goals. If you're not losing you're not training hard enough, eating few enough calories or you have a serious medical condition you need to figure out.

3J is this forums expert on dieting. Maybe post in the dieting forum and try to catch his attention. I think your money would be better spent buying one of his dieting plans. Not to mention, you can't put a price on health.
 
Do you want to live your dream and be an actor or fucking die from dnp and not live it at all. If you got this role then you obviously have an agent. Which means what... you'll get other roles. This is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. You are fucking tiny as it is. Dnp is the worst fucking idea for you. Please please please do not do this. I'm very concerned about you right now. There are 235lb men that take that dose of dnp and die. You need proper nutrition. Talk to 3j on here. He's fair proceed and dots amazing work. If you have been training for two years and still are that small with that high of a bf% then I know 2 things... You don't know how to train and your diet sucks. Fix that first.

Everything I've read about dnp is real dangerous shit. One little screw up and it's curtains buddy.

Alright man, I am not going to flame you, but I have bolded things in your post which I have a problem with. You are getting plenty of exercise, beating around the bush and jumping to conclusions. The fact is, you are trying to move around hard work and find a short cut. Being an "ex" DNP user, I wouldn't recommend that to anyone, especially you. DNP is not magic and it is literally poison you are putting in to your body and expecting magic results. Most guys who run DNP think they lose 10-12lbs in 10-12 days and think it's pure fat. Little do they realize that they are severely dehydrated and have lost a dangerous amount of water weight. Long story short, I ended up in the ER from DNP usage. You NEED a good diet plan and you NEED to stick to one. Quick making excuses about your travel schedule as there are plans for you to follow to hit your goals. Will it be easy?? Fuck no it won't be easy. That is what dedication and sacrifice are all about. How bad do you want to lose weight?? Get with 3J in the diet forum. Spend the money on working with him. He has affordable plans and will get you in the best shape of your life. Trust me, I know this.

You won't need to contact him all fucking day as he is good at what he does and will get you a good plan to follow to hit your goal even if that is quick. Personally for me, Keto knocks the weight off me pretty damn fast so thats something you can look in to. In the meantime, instead of whining about your busy life or your body fat, why don't you post up what you eat during the week. Be honest too and we won't flame you. We will help but be honest about what you are eating.

As for DNP, someone I assume is going to make those caps for you. Who is to say that the 100mg cap you think you are taking isn't 200-300mg in that capsule?? Thats a good way to fry your organs and die. DNP is not magic and if you are so busy with flying and traveling, you will feel like complete utter shit on it and be sweating like crazy. And by crazy, I mean I would wake up in the middle of the night (winter time) after having 3 fans pointed at my body and walk to the bathroom with my pillow and ring it out in the bathtub as it was full of sweat. No joke. Now post your diet and hit up 3J in the meantime.

If you take DNP with the little knowledge you have about it and flying all the time. I would not be surprised if you ended up going to the ER before getting to play your role in the movie. Also they want you to lose weight obviously but I doubt they want you to lose that much. I think a good diet with a lot of cardio and some weight lifting would do you good. They also have legal fat burners out their that will work pretty good. Also jumping straight do DNP is a bad idea their are other illegal fat burners that are much more mild. But I honestly think taking any fat burner when not dedicated to getting in shape through hard work dieting and working out is a bad idea.

I didnt read anything from this thread, But needing DNP to lose fat is the lowest of the low, Its pathetic. You dont even need steroids, supplements or clen to get ripped, with diet and hard work you can get really fuking shredded, but you're not gonna have much mass.
