Hey guys I'm nineteen years old. I'm 5 9 and weigh 195 pounds. I have a body fat around 10% I've been training five days a week, two hours a day for four years now. My diet is on point. I already know what everyone's going to say; don't do it or your too young you don't need it. I'm ready to take it to the next level so I'm going to take it very soon no matter what you guys say. I understand the dangers and I know how to inject myself and all that. I'm going to start off with test e or c. I'm wondering what herbs, vitamins, minerals, supplements, estrogen blocker, and post cycle therapy I should take and when i should take it. Thank you for your time.
