Like many on here I have read about, I get massive arm tendinitis ( bicep and "golfers elbow" and ulnar ).
Done lots of physio etc.. and take a crap load of ibuprofen and naproxen. This does not do much and even after a break, it will flare up again and again. Painful as hell and keeps me from great workouts.
Anyway, has anyone here tried more aggressive approaches?
I have read HGH might work, but that seems expensive.
I have tried deca, but that has not really helped either.
Any other ideas on things that can help with tendinitis?
