Test-300 for bulking while cutting

I'm 20 yrs. 5'10 weigh 215, in the next week I'm going to start running test300 at either once or twice a week. My question is if anyone has any tips or helpful workouts or information to help me bulk while cutting.

Run your test at 250mg twice a week monday and thursday. And have a proper post cycle therapy (pct) planed. If you just running test just get some clomid 50/50/25/25= week,ed/week,ed/week,ed/ed,week
 
If you're really trying to bulk, you can't cut. On the contrary, if you're really trying cut, you can't bulk. Its one or the other.
 
my workout regimen as now is...

15 reps 3 sets each, light rest; bike or treadmill/ elliptical 7 to start.. 7 to finish..


Monday

Incline Dumbbell Flys
Abs. 10reps

Leg Press
Abs. 10reps

Front Raises
Abs. 10reps

Lat Pulldowns
Abs. 10reps

E-Z Bar Curls
Abs. 10reps

Close Grip Bench Incline
Abs. 10reps



Wednesday

Dumbbell Bench
Abs. 10 reps

Weighted Box Jumps
Abs. 10 reps

Inverted Rows
Abs. 10 reps

Cables
Abs. 10 reps

Dips

Friday

Wide Grip Bench

Single Leg Squat

Reverse Flys (Cables)

What would be you're preference then considering I only am cycling test300 alone? Should I cut? or should I bulk while doing a exceptional amount of cardio?

Lol no definitely not a vile of test. Thank you for the feedback, but do you have any workouts that will help me achieve my goal of 190-200 lbs. while cutting and bulking at the same time?

well if your doing exceptional amount of cardio then that lens to cutting

i think i understand what you are asking though. you want to gain size but quality lean muscle size/mass and less water weight ?

is this a fair translation ?

if you want to cut AND bulk, then you need to get on a tren/test/eq cycle

or just tren/test

ana Anavar (var) comes to mind too. but really hard to find legit Anavar (var) especially for beginners.

also im pretty sure if you search some guys swear that they can use deca for this ... although others hold water and other sides with deca
 
I love cardio its great for fat burning and overall general health.I look how I eat if I want a six pack its all about what I eat same goes for bulking.
 
Run test an EQ if your planning on running a cycle of 18-24 weeks. Test and Tren if running 12-16 week cycle. If your trying to lean out but not loose all your muscle gain I would suggest you keep your cardio in the fat burning range. You should be able to hold a normal conversation while doing it. If your out of breath then your cardio level is to high and you will be burning off muscle. Stay in the right cardio zone and you should be good bro! Also you can eat a lot but eat clean. Chicken, fish, beef 1-2 times a week only and make sure you get in a good protien. The veggies will help in cutting as well. And the key element is water, drink plenty and plenty of water. Cut the water intake by half twords the end of your cycle and watch the cutting majic. Throw in some Lazic to see even more majic!!!!! But don't over due it cause I don't want you to dehydrate bro! Always be safe brother! Follow these easy steps and cutting and keeping bulk can be possible.

Test300? I am assuming tren, prop, mast blend ?
