Test 400, Tri Tren, w/ arimdex cycle help

25 years old
220 lbs

I have some question about the dosage and cycle of tri tren with test 400? I was told .5ml of tren 3 days for 8 weeks, and .5ml of test every 3 days for 12. Take armidex only if my nipples get itchy or sore. I was just looking to get a second opinion on the dosage before I started. As well as any knowledge from experienced users about adding DBol in later.
