I have test and deca right now. Not sure if I should use them at the same time or if I should take one before the other. If I take them at the same time....do you use them on the same day. How many times a week should I take deca? Also is it true you need to take deca for 12 weeks for it to work properly? Thanks for your time!

Been working out for many years now, been consistent the past 3 months. In good shape but want to step it up now....about to reach plateau so and want to look better for summer.

test deca cycle is a bulker so you what to consintrate on your diet and training to avoid the bloated watery look,an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) will also help.
and to answer your question yes.You can load the test deca in the same syringe and take on the same day,this will cut down on all the pinning.
I go 2:1 test deca or 3:2
test 500mg-deca 400/300mg
with the long half life of the deca the slow steady gains usually come after wk 5 so longer cycles are ideal.Its rec that you run the test a wk or two longer then the deca.Deca having the long half life

agree with drew if the test is eth or cyp . if the test is omnas or sus 250 then run them the same length.
I think I will give away my test/eq cycle and go with test ent/deca cycle for 12 weeks.
week 1-10 deca 300mg per week
week 1-12 test e 500mg per week

load 150mg deca and then load 250mg test,its that simple

This. Same syringe 2x a week. Suck up one then suck up the other and shoot your 2cc's.

That's what I do, then I drew some blood the other day for the first time ever i've done 2 cycles so prly not that many pins to yall. But I got to thinking if you draw some blood and try to squirt it out (after being sure its in the top of the syringe) does the Test and Deca mix quickly enough to where you would be squirting some of both compounds out or would it more than likely be what was sucked up last?
