test cyp 250mg and eq 200mg

HELP!! test cyp 250mg/eq 200mg cycle

First off this is my third cycle and first stack. My first cycle was test cyp 350mg for 4wk i gained a solid 15 pounds and alot of strength and i kept most of it but i never ran a pct and never had any noticed problems and my 2nd cycle was Dbol 100mg for 4wks i lost alot of my weight from that cycle bc it was mostly water and again didnt do a pct but kept strength

My current cycle will run for 4wks but once i come to the end of my test i am thinking of throwing in some Winstrol (winny) and another vial of test to go with it. Please dont bash me for running a short cycle i have noticed my differences in size weight and strength from running short cycles so im just gonna stick with it. but like i said i might extend it to 8wks.

Im on my second shot of my current cycle i took it today i do 2CCs 1cc of test and 1cc of eq. (test 500mg Ewk/ eq400mg Ewk)
i shot in my right delt for my first shot three days ago and my delt has been very stiff and kinda red but there's no noticeable heat comming from it and im not feeling a high fever so i think im good. but if you can comment to help that would be appreciated. and today i shot in my left delt no problems yet.
and i need to run a pct for this cycle bc im sure ill shutdown can anyone tell me what should i take as a pct like clomid or nolva i know im suppose to start 2wks after my last shot of test cyp and i have to run the test longer then the eq from what i have heard.
and i dont even know if i will beable to get my hands on a proper pct so i was thinking of taking some Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and going out and get a natrual test booster and some Esto blockers.

STATS
weight- 160
height- 5'7
bf%- less then 10%
also i try to eat as clean as i can so i keep my diet well (3000-4000 calories a day) and i workout 5days a week.

Why are you asking for advice if you are not willing to follow like you said "im just gonna stick with it".At 160 lb you are too light to run a cycle and from what you post is clear that you don't have a clue how to run a cycle.Stay away from steroids for now and educate yourself.It's just for your good.
.Anyway four weeks for test c is not going to do a lot .You will have to run it for at least 12 weeks.Eq at 400mg/week for 4 weeks is a tottaly waste.You are not going to gain anythning.Eq has to be run at at least 600mg/week for 16-18 weeks to have some results which usually are minimal.Just not worth it to use it.Regarding the PCT you will have to wait three weeks before starting.You will need clomid amd nolva or aromasin and nolva for four weeks.Not doing PCT is not wise at all.You will probably loose most of the gains.Now if you think you know better than anybody do it like you said: four weeks and no PCT but if you want to do it properly then follow the advices you will get on this forum.There are vets here who really know what they are talking about.

test should be 5-600mg/week 10-12 weeks

eq 6-800mg/week for 14-16 weeks min
 
im just saying from my experience what i gained everyones different sorry if i sounded like a ignorant person and i noticed a good gains but not the best i could get from a cycle.
 
Ive been running 275mg test e and 275mg eq per week last 4 months as maintenance.

I also take 500iu HCG split into 2 doses per week as well as .25-.35mg arimidex every other day.

I just added on mk 677 today and will be running that for about 6 months to a year

I do MMA, muay thai and jiu jitsu and it works very well for ne !! Not looking to get huge at this point.

You have no business doing AAS at this point because you have no clue as to what you are doing. I don't care if you gained 15 lbs and you think that is good. I question it being LMM.

You gave your stats but left off your age, please give us your age.

If you have done any research you wouldn't have done the cycles the way you did. The only thing right that you said was your gains were not what they could be,

At less then 10% BF you don't need Winstrol. Read up on the steroid profiles. Read all the stickys on the forum.

Get yourself educated on how to stack and what to use for your goals.

Let explain about what your gains are. In reality if you stayed off AAS for 6 plus months you would lose most (not all) of the 15 lbs you gained in 4 weeks.

The real work of the synthesis of protein to muscle doesn't really kick in to build LMM in about 5 weeks with Test. The 4 weeks is mostly fluid. I don't think you understand how muscle is built / grown. Fact: depending on age, length of training history and number of cycles under one's belt effects the amount of LMM a man can build / grow in one year. Now I will tell you that the average man ( depending on the criteria I said) can only grow 15-20 lbs in a year. Look it up and study that and you will find it to be factual.

Remember what all the body is doing in growing new and larger Muscle Mass. Combined with all that has to happen 4 weeks is not enough time to build / grow much muscle mass as you mentioned. Strength will go up but that has to do with a lot of chemistry within the cells. But NOT the same as actually building MM.

Your first and second cycle if done properly will be the best gains. But not 15lbs of LMM in 4 weeks. Also remember that what we are doing is breaking down the muscle tissue and repairing it, then we have to grow more. Your 1st 2 weeks is mostly tearing down and repairing and not actually growing mass which will take more time. This is just the beginning of the synthesis of protein to muscle.

So then we are at week 3 -4 and that's not time enough to build the mass you talk about. You have kept some strength but you are more water then muscle. You would know that if you didn't cycle for 6 - 8 months. Your fluid gain is more then just water.

The EQ will only mess up your pct. Like OMM said, more research brother. Oh and get in the habit of doing things right. Run a pct okay. That is steroids 101.
