Test Cyp and Var Cycle

This is week 4 of running 600mg test c and 50mg anavar. Pins are as follows 300mg tues and sat. This is a lean bulk and haven't gone down this road before so I have no really experience as to the type of gains I should expect per week. Ususally run bulk cycles. Train 5 days per week and low intensity cardio done 4 days. My gains have pretty much stalled? Any suggestions??? Should I increase protein intake??

You are about the same age, height, and weight that I am. I've only run one cycle, 500mg test E, and everything stalled around week 6. I'm not sure what happened, my protein and calorie intake were good but I did start to get sloppy with my diet. I would suggest refocusing on eating cleaner and bumping up your calories but you are going for a lean bulk so I'm not sure if more calories will give you the results you are shooting for.

I'm looking at adding Anavar to my cycle. Have you used it before in your bulking cycle or is it something new you are trying for the dry gains/lean bulk?
 
Your not even breaking 3000 calories and your bulking and doing cardio 4 times a week? Yeah up your cals man. SHould be around 4000 or higher if your more of a hard gainer. If you grew with your diet and stopped that means you grew to where your body would let you with that amount of cals. Here is a sample diet from 3J himself for bulking. Really clean and with your cardio will be lean bulk.

im on the same cycle..the diet should be spot on for years before u cycle and if the gear is good u should grow like a weed
 
I'm going to tweak my diet today and up cals to 3000 for low days and 3500 refeed. Just worried up gaining to much fat as this is considered a lean bulk.
