awesome i got medco too, and talked to them the other day, they cover pretty much everything!

Medco, recently aquired by Express Scripts. Kind of a moot point really. Until enough docs attend Maximus University and maybe when a few pigs fly; or Maximus starts taking insurance. Til then I am cash and carry straight up, Team Maximus!

also interested in this outcome, all depends on ur insurance, mine said the pharmacy is not in my network, but my wifes said yup, send it in, the pharmacy is in our network!

yes, an itemized listing, but u need to download what ever form is used by ur insurance first and fill it out, like mine i am just doing a retail pharmacy claim form... for the meds prescribed,

if anyone has a different way to do it, let us know?

I do get less acne with Maximus test than with other test I have taken, so I prefer it also.

With my insurance my cost is $2 and another $2 for the pins I thought mine was good
