Alright here we go, going to run a 15week test e cycle. Running letro at .25mg e3d and have clomid on hand for my post cycle therapy (pct).
I am currently coming off of show prep so I have reversed diet pretty close to my TDEE. I plan on monitoring all of my food intake while using the Intermittent fasting protocol. My goal here is to add calories in a manner which is sufficient for my body weight to bulk, not just eating 5000 cals a day. I am a college student now so I am usually on my feet walking through out campus, cooking, or working my desk job with slight physical work needed at times.
I use this website IF Calculator to set up my calories for my ON and Rest days. While being on cycle I assumed my Rest days still should be decently above maintenance maybe +10% and workout days around +20%
I am a bio major here at school so I try to apply as much science to my set up as possible. Any input and opinions are welcomed!!
My training will be 3days on 1day off with everything being hit every 5th day sometimes falling on every 6th.
for example
chest/arms, back, shoulders, off, legs, chest/arms, back, off, etc....
I use Lyle Mcdonald and Layne Nortons philosophies combined with my own twist. One day I will do lower reps as heavy as possible! usually 3-6 reps 3-4 sets....and the next time the muscle is trained is usually 8-12reps 3-4 sets....reverse pyramid training mixed in...when back is hit heavy that week legs are being done hypertrophy style and vise versa...
I am 5'6 165 around 10-11 % bf (maybe 1 lower)
Any input would be Great,
