Test E + Anavar

Need some advice..
500mg a week of TEST E 250 and stacking it with 80mg of anavar (start in week6) + .5 mg of arimidex, and Nolva as Post ( already on week 2)
Diet ; 140 grams of protein, 427 g of carbs, 75 grams of fat ( i paid a nutritionist for a bang on diet plan)
My Stats 6'3 230 lbs at 16% bodyfat , this is currently my 2nd cycle
Routine; HIIT workouts ,or 3 day splits mostly + alot of running, swimming, crossfit (time to time) and sports!
Goal: To get as lean as i possiby can and to bring that fatass body percentage of mine way down..


Now some will criticize me on my diet not being up to parr as it should but i used this diet before and lost 2lbs every week which was very pleasing.. The only thing is that i wasent on any gear when i had this diet plan down... Any suggestions or tweaks with this diet plan ?

My second question is that when i do morning PT with my platoon and we do from 5-10 km runs in the morning, my legs half way in it are so fucking tight and actually feel like its flexing and will not let up.. It causes me alot of discomfort and a huge mindfuck..... was wondering if there was anything that i can do that will prevent this from happening???

Vitamin C, BCAAs, Omega 3, Milk Thistle, B6+B12, Glucosimine , Vitamin D ,,, ANd a preworkout 1 MR
 
With your stats and situation, I think Winstrol would be more efficient to stack with the Test than Anavar (var). Also, are you taking Nolvadex throughout your entire cycle?
 
140g Protein. Is that a misprint. Yes your diet needs improvement, lots of it. Why pay a nutritionist, just hire 3J.

Muscle Cramps after morning PT? try taurine and stay as hydrated as possible.

I agree, this diet seems to be more or less suited to a 110lb highschool cheerleader.
 
trust me i know 140 is pathetic but it helped me cut alot for boxing so i decided to give it a whirl!

OK depending on your cycle history - as far as the Anavar - my most effective way to run it
is by cutting the var (just a little) and add 20-30 mg's of Dbol.

The reason is Anavar is a "Class I" steroid and is most effective with a "Class II" compound
such as Dbol.

For me - I see the effects of both var and Dbol increased ... without the bloat from Dbol.

You are breaking the - "only one oral" rule - except you are reducing the dose of each
compound - so I think it evens out IMOP.

This is if you want to help maintain bulk and strength with your diet.

Couldn't have said it better, will probably be alittle disappointed with the var by itself unless you are running an all out cut. Var does little to none in terms of more size but lets you hold onto MAJOR strength even when cutting.
 
Tight cycle, same as im about to start in fact and our stats are similar...I wouldnt change much..Dont know who your nutritionist was but no need to look for grams of fat, it sounds like you do alot of physical activity as it is so i would up your protein and carb intake but stay away from intentional fat intake. Carbs if not utilized will store as glycogen and eventually turn to fat if you dont burn em anyway...

My only input on this is please get yourself some clomid to use for pct and DO NOT only rely on nolvadex.
 
Appreciate the help boys I will Definatley re jig my diet... My main goal here is to cut down to around 200 lbs because it will make my life 10 times easier being in the infantry and all.....

Another thing I noticed with the test e my ankles tend to swell up a bit... Any suggestions ... I'm Definatley going to get my blood pressure checked and all

Another thing before I started my cycle I was on a paleo diet.... No carbs or dairy and felt like I plateaued on it ... Also didn't help me loose this muffin top of mine so if any dirt suggestions would appreciate also
 
I've successfully PCT'd with nolvadex alone on Test only cycles quite a few times. Of course everyone is different, but you never know until you try it.

I'd also much rather have the proper pct stuff on hand and do it the way that has much more of a success rate. There are tons of posts about guys using just nolvadex and never recovering. I'll stick with what works, why take the risk esp when clomid is so cheap and easy to get.

Paleo is a great diet for Crossfit. For what you're doing, you need more carbs. I'd still stay away from things like potatoes (sweet potatoes are ok), but add in things like gatorade (powder -- the stuff in bottles has lots of fructose) and/or rice. Your protein intake still sucks, which is kind of shocking for someone on paleo. There's no reason you can't get 1,000g of protein on a paleo diet.
