Test E and Anavar cycle

Hey guys this is my second post about my cycle, originally was going to do a Anavar (var) only cycle but after your guys advice and more research I'm throwing in some test as well.

Stats again are
23
5-10"
181pds
Bodyfat is 9% averaged between the Jackson and Parillo methods

My goals are to get cut up and lose some body fat and gain some lean muscle. Saw a trainer last year during a cut so have a good diet set up

286 grams of protein
231 carbs
66 grams fat
2662 calories a day, 4L of water eating every 2-3 hrs

Cycle is as follows:
Week 1-10 test E 250mg once a week
Week 1-10 .25 arimidex ED
Week 4-10 40mg Anavar ED split up morn and night

PCT
One week after last shot.
Clomid 50mg Ed for 4 weeks
I also have Novaldex on hand as well if I need for gyno


How does that look? Anything I should change? And also I've read about taking creatine while on cycle with anavar is that a good idea?

9 percent.. you ain t fat bro. Ur not heavy enuff to cut i m o.

But if you do this...

Double the test for 12 weeks and up your calories to 4k .plus..eat everything...irregardless of what she looks like.

post cycle therapy (pct) 2 weeks after last pin.

Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand

chlomid for post cycle therapy (pct) 28 days at 50 mgs.
 
No I'm not fat but definitely want to cut up some more but also put on some lean mass. The reason for taking 250mg a week is I want to see how my body reacts with that amount of test. Read a few posts where guys had some good gains off that.
 
Lean mass = jumbo shrimp..hard to do. Either or i m o.

Cut s are made in the kitchen, high reps and aerobics.
 
agree with T....too young and your goals are attainable natty

you are light for your height, i dont see the need to cut more, any cutting can be achieved via cardio and/or diet

test is way too low, thats testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose
at 250mg the adex is a waste, not needed
and Anavar (var) seems real low too, and when dosed high its not cost effective imo (i ran it, high, its good, but now that i got it out of my system, never again, its not THAT good for the $$$)
 
Thanks for the inputs guys.. I know cuts are made by what you eat and cardio. I have a good diet and workouts, hour and a bit of weights and cardio after ( 30 mins full incline walk at 3.6 ) 5 days of weights and just cardio on the 6th and take one day off. Not looking for a miracle steroid to do it for me just something to help me on the way, and put on some Lean muscle.
