test e cycle diet

im just in the final stages of putting my first cycle together

primoteston 500 mg 16 weeks moday 250 mg thursday 250mg shots

.05 aeimadex eod or ed week 16 weeks

hcg 250 iu twice a week for 16 weeks

week 18 to 22 nolvadex and clomid for pct

my question is about my diet

age 31 85 kg

4.45 am wake up protien shake

5.00 am workout 1 hour 1 body part per day amino acid during workout

6.00 am protein shake plus rolled outs portion sized plus 1 piece fruit

7.00 am 4 egg whites plus portion size rolled oats

9.00 am protein shake

11.00 am brown rice and breast chicken portion size

1.00 pm brown rice and breast chicken portion size

3.00pm breast chicken portion size

5.00 pm protein shake plus almonds

7.00 pm rib eye steak portion size with salad

9.00 pm protein shake

bed time

i want to be lean i tend to put on size easily with the fat but ive leaned down atm 85 kg im hoping my first cycle of test e will give me lean quality gains but im

woried that im not getting in enough calories i was 93 kg 4 weeks a go before i started this diet ive shaped up well but lost a lot of size mainly fat

just wanted your opinions i dont want to fuck up my first cycle

Hi just wondering why I haven't been getting any responses from any one I'm seeking help but no one wants to reply but when I look at other post the most stupid questions get asked and evrybody is in with there 2 cents I guess people just talking shit and arguing but when a real person asks for help nothing its starting to tell me a bit about the people on this site thanks for the one who do reply with knowledge erectus maximus
