Test e + dbol pics + question

Hey guys !
so next monday i will start my pct and i would like to share some of my pics with you and also I have a question.

I would like to start Tren A, Test prop, mast p (or maybe without mast), should i take 8 weeks AFTER finishing my PCT, or is it 8 weeks after my last pin ?

BEFORE
Weight: around 96kg
Height: 194-5 cm (6.39")

AFTER
Weight: 103-104 kg
Height 194-5 cm (6.39")
and i see more vascularity on my arms
 
Normal period between cycles is...

Time on cycle + Time between cycle + PCT + PCT = Time off
ie: 12 week cycle of Test E + 18 days between last pin and PCT + 4wks PCT = 18+ weeks....

You haven't mentioned WHAT your cycle comprised of or how long the cycle you ran was, so we cannot give you a definitive hold off period.

On the other hand... you could wait around 12 weeks, go for bloods, see where your body is at, and determine whether you're in ok condition to go again.

DBOL 30mg/ED then i added to 40mg to complete my tabs - ran for 6 weeks

now waiting till monday (2 weeks after last pin) so i can run my

Clomid 100/100/50/50
 
Why not some cutting before getting back on? Get to a lower body fat %.

And Ben nailed it in the previous post. Listen to his advice.

Are you running your very first cycle right now? If yes, using tren for cycle #2 is not the best idea.

8 weeks is not enough time for Test E. 10-12 weeks. I would extend your cycle -- no more dbol though.

Your PCT is lacking. You need to also include Nolva. And start clomid at 75mg, not 100.

You should be running hCG during your cycle. Begin it ASAP.

8 + 18 days + 4 = 14+ weeks wait...

And I agree with Mega.... 2nd cycle is far too early to move on to Tren.

If I was you, I'd either up the Test dose a touch and add in Deca/Eq (if bulking)
Or up the Test dose and bring in a cutting oral (if looking to shred up)

You haven't stated your goals, so it's hard to advise.

I want to lower my BF in like 1-2 months, i was thinking about cutting on Tren as i read on forums, but i assume you do not recommend it because this would be my 2nd cycle.

Will definitely get some Nolva to get proper PCT.

What about Test prop,stanozol, anavar - or is 2 orals too much on the liver?

If I can be blunt and honest dont run anything until you get your diet on point and a better foundation to work with. I know we all start somewhere but will help with your estrogen control and you will get more results having a better muscular foundation. Gear isnt magic, diet is key. Please dont think I am bashing but change eating and keep training your ass off then throw in some gear.

Weight training 4/5 days a week

Cardio (mixture of HIIT and LISS) 4/5 days a week.

No AAS needed!

Satch is right.... Diet 1st, training 2nd, rest and sleep 3rd, AAS is just the icing on the cake!

You're talking about running Tren, when it's clear that your diet and training aren't on your mind.

FYI: Tren massively impacts cardiovascular ability - bad choice for you!
 
Well i posted my diet on forums and 3J commented that he saw no red flags in it.

But it was for bulking, i`ll get my diet checked when i will cut !

Hey Infantry! Don't get it twisted man. The results you get is from the work you put in. This includes diet, rest, and what you do in the gym. Notice aas isn't included there. The aas, given you have the above in check, will enhance the process and add to the results, somewhat. But it's mainly the things you do more so than the aas you take. Good job, keep working hard and don't get the cart before the horse.

I agree with Ben on the cutting without AAS. I just want to add that you should NOT out yourself in a caloric deficit during PCT through as it is HPTA suppressive.
