I am 26 years old 5'9 185 pounds. I have not done a cycle in about 2 years. Looking for some help to put something together. I was thinking something like:
wks 1-3: Dbol 30mg per day
wks 3-8: Test E 500 mg wk (250 mon&thrs)
wks 3-6: Tbol 30mg per day.
I also have some LIV 52 and Nolvadex, not sure how they should be taken in this cycle.
Other supplements will be N.O Xplode(love the pump), Whey Protein, Omega 3 fish oil, multi-vitamins, and universal natural sterol complex.
I am looking to get a jump start with the Dbol then put on some solid mass with the Test E and Tbol.
Any help on this cycle would be greatly appreciated.
