Test E, deca and dbol cycle advice

Primo/dbol only cycle? No test? Dont know how that worked for you but try this:

Dont run the nolva while on cycle. Save it for pct after the cycle with clomid. And deca at 10 wks wont do shit for you bro

Test wk 1-15 or 16
Deca wk 1-14
dbol wk 1-4 or 5-9( better for me cause test will be in full effect when the dbol kicks in)
Wk18-22 Clomid (same dosage)
wk18-22 Nolva (same dosage)

Also get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) to use while on cycle like aromasin. Nolva while on cycle with a 19 nor like deca is asking for trouble

dbol @30mgs per day

This should result in significant muscle gain for anybody

I read that the ratio for test e & deca is best 2:1 but i also read that deca is best at 400mgs ...
Will running at 400mgs dosage for 10 weeks be seeing any result or best to run it longer at that same dosage?

Ratio doesn't have to be anything..

everyone reacts differently to things. Some people get a decrease in libido with deca, others don't.

500 test
400 deca
should be great - have some cabergoline/Dostinex on hand, If you start growing boobs and lose libido this should help

try

Deca 400mg weeks 1-12
Aromasin - 12.5mg eod or e3d whole cycle, (or adex works too .25mg eod)

Deca is a decanoate ester with a half life of 10-14 days (this # is an average to give an idea). Meaning that it accumulates and it takes weeks to get your levels up .

Most people like to run it for 12 weeks minimum because by the time your levels are up (usually by weeks 4-8) then you don't have much time to keep gaining until you have to end cycle.

yes, i know ratios might not be a factor but since I have been reading and ratios is being mentioned but so is 400mg of deca....
just wanting to make sure.
will inform my buddy to get cabergoline/Dostinex just in case he didnt..
i know that nolva wont work for deca so is clomid alone enough for PCT? or can he take clomid+ nolva for PCT?
