Test E / EQ

Hey,This is not my first cycle but its my first time on EQ and im going to try to put some lean mass on with this cycle.

Info:
Age- 23
Weight- 206
Height- 6'2
BF- 10-12%
Goals- Gain lean muscle, aiming for 230-240. I was at 225 before Christmas but ive been moving and its been hectic with less food and less training.
TDEE- (using 1.725) - 3638cal i would guess lower because my work doesnt require much energy. I chose the TDEE because i lift hard 5 times a week. I think around 3.4cal.

Cycle - Testo E (250mg Mon/Thurs) + EQ (300mg Mon/Thurs) for 16weeks. Arimidex .5 eod after w4
PCT - Clomid/HCG

Diet:
3911 cals/day @ 330g protein, 375g carbs, 122g fat

Im pretty sure there is some things i can change to make it better so
Im posting my info and diet here for some inputs so i can make the most of out this cycle.

Way to much EQ if your doing 300 each of those days. If you're anywhere near a novice 200 is plenty. Save your gear.
 
I'm doing the same cycle right now. I'm on week 7. I do 500 mg of test e and 450 of eq a week. I've put on 15 pounds so far. I would say 300 mg is a waste of time. Do 450-600 a week.
 
personally i wouldn't run EQ less than 600mg for the first time


Sweet spot is 600mg for begineers and vets alike imo

Not bad at all, how many weeks are you staying on, 16? Im pinning Test 250 and EQ 300 Mon and Thurs

Ya im running it for 16 weeks. Ive bumped mine up to 600mg of eq and 625mg of test e a week. Im pinning monday and thursday as well. I started my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) in week two.
