Test E for first cycle and pic attached

First off Test E is enanthate correct? Just want to make sure. Doing my first cycle soon (if i am able to get it) of Sustanon 250. But if for some reason I don't get it I will try some of the test E because thats what everyone on here says is good for a first timer.
Is this a good choice?

I been lifting about a year and a half. Im 27 5'9" 155lbs, 15% bf (however i think im less if you see the pic) I have been at this weight for about a year and its really frustrating. I know its the eating and I have recently changed it so when I start taking the juice i see results. I'm trying to eat at least 3000 calories which contain about 200g protein. Carbs about 300-400. Any comments or advice? Attached is a recent pic.
 
if you learn the proper art of dieting and training you can make real good progress cause from what i can see your height and body you have not reached your genetic max, you can pack on more weight naturally

Based on those two statements alone, stay away from any anabolic's till your more knowledgeable. More the fact that you've only been lifting for a year and a half, than not knowing what something stood for. You've got a decent build, and if your eating 3,000 cals a day and 200 grams of protein you will grow. Post your workout and a sample diet and we can see why your not packing on the pounds.

Yes, the E stands for enanthate. Looking pretty good for your sized in that pic. 15%..?? Looking at that pic I was thinking 12-13% at most but it's always subjective basing it off a pic.
How much research have you done before considering the use of gear?? I'm not going to say your not ready but i'm also not convinced you are. Read all the sticks here and even put your cycle into the search portion and read all the past threads people have posted regarding your intrests. If you are ready and all your stuff is inline (considering your size & first time status) You would be wise to go with Test Eth or Test Cyp at 300mg/week x10-12 weeks. That should give you what your looking for and more. Add some thick protein like Cytogainer (musclemilk) in with some pure BCAA powder.
What's your training routine look like??

I was always about 135 and when i started lifting like 3 years ago i put on about 10 pounds and was 145, then i stopped for a year or so and when i started up again i went up an additonal 10 to my current 155. Been at this weight for over a year now i think. I was always super skinny but now i see a difference at 155. I would be happy at 170 or 175 and hoping that with proper nutrition and the juice will get me in that range.
 
Eat more. If youre not gaining then 3000 cals isnt enough. No need to juice yet after 1.5 years of lifting. Wait till you hit 180 naturally.

Well I have read all the message boards, i bought the laymans guide to steroids and my main concern or lack of knowledge is which ones to take. I am not looking to gain 50lbs I will be happy with 15-20. I know my main fault is my diet and I have recently changed it and eat as much as I can considering the circumstances. I eat healthy no junk food. My training is pretty good. I have been able to add nice amount of weight since I started.

My routine is as follows but I do change it up from time to time

Chest
Flat bench - 3x8-10 (smith machine since i have no spotter)
Incline Dumbells - 3x8-10 additonal set till failure
Cable crossovers - 3x 8-10 last set till failure
Decline press machine - 3x 8-10 till failure
Pec fly machine - 4x 6-8

Arms
Bicep curls - 3x 8-10
E-Z curl bar 3x 8-10
Straight bar curls 2x 8-10
Preacher curls 3x 8-10

Rope Tricep extensions 3x 8-10
Dip Machine 3x 8-10
Seated tricep presses 3x 8-10
Standing one arm dumbell extensions 3x 8-10

Shoulders
Decline shoulder press machine 3x 8-10
Sitting shoulder press machine 3x 8-10
Lateral raises 3x 8-10
Dumbbell front lateral raises 2x 8-10
Shrugs 3x 10

Back all 3x10
Wide grip lat pull down
Seated Cable rows
2 machines one for upper and 1 for lower back

just an idea of what i do. All suggestions welcome.
 
I think evanss hit it right on the head... you nead to Read, Read and Read some more... Trust me... spend at least a year here and other sites learning all you can....
 
looks like you just want an easy way out man... juice is not the answer if your training and diet isnt on point

according to your training routine you don't even do legs... if this is true you need to train them for about a year and then check back when you have gained 10lbs in your thighs, calves and ass

I reworked your routine to something that i think would put a little bit more size on your frame. Its still alot of volume and you can even drop some of the exercises if you wanna go heavy on the first few ones of each group. Also, if you want, you could drop the rep range lower and go with a heavier weight.

you also wanna train legs. somthing simple like

Squats
Leg Exts
Ham curls.
 
I'll echo what's already been said in that you're not ready. Your body does not have a foundation. Try building a house without a solid foundation, not happening. Take the time to get your training and eating right. 175lb @ 5'9" as a goal and thinking you need drugs to get there? You'd be amazed how proper training and eating can transform one's body. If you choose to ignore the advice given from experience go right ahead but don't be dissapointed with your results and don't say you weren't told so. Hopefully any premature cycle you do won't leave you with lasting effects/health issues.

This board is classic..great info and knowledgeable mofo's...but FUCK, c’mon; we were all this kid at one point. If he wanted to train natty he could, but he doesn’t and he wants to try AAS. sounds like you are at least reading about it and have some understanding under your belt which is more than I can say for most retard 19 y.o's that just take what their buddies are taking. I think Sus or test e is a great first choice..eat a lot, lift hard and you are gonna be stoked on the results. There are some hypocritical motherfuckers here....jeesus.
 
Well I do legs, i just forgot to put that in there. I appreciate everyone's advice, but you tell me to read and read, well for everything that I do read I read something else that conflicts with it. I know I need to eat more, thats my main problem and I've started changing that, I don't know why placing a time frame of "reading the message boards for one year" will have a say if im ready then vs now.

Well today I have received sustanon 250 i got 10 because i was going to do one shot a week for the 10 weeks, but i heard many people say that 500mg is better a week? Considering this is my first cycle would it be ok to do just the 250 per week or should i get more and do the 500?

Dude, he can gain at least another 20lbs. naturally easy. There is absolutely no need for him to start juicing. Look at his pic for reference.
